Human resources

The staff of NPO Microgen comprises 7,815 individuals. A new effective management structure has allowed increasing productivity of the personnel. The company staff includes many degree professionals, including 3 academicians, 13 professors, 26 doctors of science and 166 candidates of science.

FGUP NPO Microgen staff participate in international research projects, including those conducted by the WHO and aimed at eradication of smallpox, measles, rubella, tuberculosis, pertussis, diphtheria, tetanus, avian influenza and other diseases.
